Kinross-shire Winter Festival

November and December in Kinross-shire is bursting with music, family activities, local talent and community spirit. The annual Winter Festival brings together community groups, local businesses and Kinross-shire Local Events Organisation (KLEO) to present a wealth of events for all tastes.

What's happening this year

KLEO (Kinross-shire Local Events Organisation) is currently busy organising another Kinross-shire Winter Festival with various concerts and Bookweek Scotland events. The programme of events will be revealed later in the year.

This year's Festive Market will take place on Saturday 22 November from 10am to 3pm.
