Kinross-shire is looking forward to a very busy end of year with many events being organised throughout November and December.  To celebrate all the various local events that are happening KLEO (Kinross-shire Local Events Organisation) has produced a Winter Festival Brochure promoting the numerous events organised by local community groups and businesses.
