Come along to Big Burns Bash (1 Feb)

Big Burns Bash
Saturday 1st February 7.15PM, Masonic Hall, Kinross.
Tickets £20, click here: TicketWeb
Tickets also available at Morgans Solicitors & Estate Agent's in Kinross, Light Up My Heart in Milnathort from 2 Dec onwards.

KLEO is delighted to present a wonderful ‘Big Burns Bash’ in celebration of the life and works of Robert Burns and of the talent within our very own local community.  This will be a fast-paced, really fun, informal event with all the favourites including Address To The Haggis, Toast To Lassies etc and so much more.  There’ll be a lovely 2 course meal, highland dancing and wee bit of light-hearted poetry.   Fantastic musical performances will come from a range of local-ish talent, including Dance Connect, Kinross Pipe and Drums and international recording stars, The Mad Ferret Band.  There’ll even be a bit of audience participation; if you got a talent, let’s hear it!  We’ll finish off the night with some high-energy ‘Cross-Country’ Dancing and great Scottish Belters from the Ferrets.

The Details
Price:  Tickets are an absolute bargain at just £20 per person (sorry, no concessions) and are available from Morgan’s Solicitors and Estate Agents in Kinross, Light Up My Heart in Milnathort and online at www.kleo.org.  When purchasing your tickets either at one of the local outlets or online, please provide:

  • Your email address and a contact telephone number.
  • Your first and family/surname name and the names of all in your party.
  • Details of any dietary requirements/food allergies.
  • And... please let us know if there are other guests that you know who will be attending who you would like to sit next/near to.  (No absolute guarantees but we’ll do our best – there will be a seating plan displayed on the night).

Timing:  7.15pm.   It would be really helpful if guests could arrive at no earlier than 7pm and no later than 7.15pm.  We’ll be sitting down and getting started at 7.30pm sharp!  Last orders will be at 11.30pm and the event will finish at midnight.

Dress:  Please dress for a party.  It would be lovely to see some smashing kilts, trews and dresses but don’t feel constrained; wear what makes you feel good and add a wee bit of tartan or a sprig of heather and you’ll be looking and feeling great.

Age Limit: Young adults welcome; 12 years of age and upwards.

Warning:  There will be loud music at times, bags of laughter and general all round good craic throughout the night.  Please come prepared to get stuck in.

You can contact KLEO at any time with questions about this event through this email address info@kleo.org.uk
